Australia Wants Your Selfie For Porn?! & AI Boyfriends & Reality TV Love

Welcome back to sex and the one with kB, V and megs back by popular demand, we have Meg's On this episode, again, not on the couch, but in the chair. Sorry, not on the couch at home. We're all coming to you from all different places, and we're very excited because we're going to talk about some things that are currently hot topics, I guess in the media. And Megan is the one who knows about all the hot topics, so that's why she's here. Miss marketing and social media. Champion, yes. Show us your reward. Show us your reward. Show the pod. Here we go. She's ours. She's ours. Yes, we're keeping her. She's unavailable for everyone else you are. You're stuck with me, regardless of how you feel about it. Actually, so cool. What's going on out there, what's going on in the wide world? It's juicy, isn't it? If I feel like the media like, you know, it's never like a good time of meeting, because if you watch the news too much, just makes you a bit depressed, a bit like, well, this is what the world is. But I think it's really interesting. We've got a couple of topics today that sort of roll on from what your last podcast was about, which was super typical. And then we've got a couple of other interesting ones. I'm seeing pop up all of the time, and I'm super excited to discuss them all. So let's kick it off, and I'm gonna look at you. KB, you talked about your America excuse with from your trip, and then the Guardian have come out and said that from December, Aussies are going to have to verify their age, and then even do things as like harsh as photo ID contribution to access porn and adult sites under new safety laws. So how do you feel about taking a selfie for Pornhub in your own country? Well, I'm shocked. I'm shocked that it's been so fast, like, because I just experienced this for the first time. And normally, Australia takes people time to come on board with some thing topics like this. And I'm like, to be honest, me doing the pond. I've got a book out, okay? Like, because everyone knows I watched porn. Like, I talk about it all the time. So definitely fast, but I didn't like, I didn't like the concept to get America when I was just, like, because I hadn't heard of it before. And so when it's hit you in the face and they asked you to upload and they asked you to upload photo ID, which, of course, to me, is passport, I'm not getting my passport to Pornhub. Like, no black data leak is the first thing you think of, yeah? Like, it's a whole other ballgame to give me a passport over Yeah, yeah. Like, so happy to show that I'm over 18. I think the photo would be enough for a 53 year old woman. Just saying, I don't think we have to, like, do a little date of birthy thing scenario going on there. But, um, yeah. Like, like, Yeah, it's interesting how that will be policed as well, because Pornhub is huge, right? There are so many other porn sites. And of course, what I did in America was, I just got on a women sites, which were completely unregulated, yeah, like, what's the I'm curious as to why they would want that, like, other than to say you're of age, like, even if you weren't, like, what is it to them? Yeah, well, I think the the interesting thing that you say about data elite immediately when I see also call outs to cyber security breaches and cyber security experts on how to do these things. So my question to you be, if you wanted to look at the porn site, would that deter you from joining that particular site? Because you were like, No, you've got my credit card because potentially you never pay for it. Now you've got my face and potentially some sort of photo ID, like, how would that make you feel signing up for it? Yes, no, I would not be doing that. I Yeah, yeah. Quite out there. Enough, are they? They're not trusted enough? No, no, yeah. And I think the was, it was it Madison, that dating site that got there, that whole disaster that ruined marriages and things like that, because, you know, so I think if you're going out there, and unless they have the most unbelievable PR team and the most unbelievable cyber security measures you ever have in your life, they're like a sitting duck if you're your life, they're like a sitting duck 100% and like, people will do it. Apparently, I just, I've got, like, you know, vague memories from back in the day when the internet first came about. The very first internet sales were porn. Like, of men getting out their credit card to pay for videos. That's the first sales. Men are going to have an issue with this. Now, people are going to do it. People will do it. Yeah. But having said that, I have paid for porn, as we know, and I use PayPal. That is the airspace right to safeguard yourself. Use PayPal. Evidently, I forget that I've done it, and then I think I've been scammed. So I'll just keep watching that one, because I'm already in Yeah. Well, I mean, that's a secondary topic, but with with only fans, I know when, like Bonnie blue did her 1000 out men hour, the payment gateways were pulling their ability or their connection into paying like, I think it was Visa or MasterCard that actually removed the option to pay something of hers because of the content. Yeah. So that's something else to think about. That in part of this whole thing, the power of the pussy that is right stops Visa and MasterCard, like right blue. That's pretty incredible. I know. Look what I've achieved. I blocked payments today, literally, with my vagina. I never thought about it like that. That is, it is it's quite cool. I mean, when you get past all the other moral stuff, it's quite cool. Yeah, I agree, yeah. What about you? Megan, what about you and porn? Can we ask you? You can ask me, I'm not a big consumer, I suppose, especially these days like you say you haven't had sex 1920 I can say I haven't had sex since 18. No. Since 18. No, probably 1620 actually, 1822 it's been a minute, which is hilarious, given the people I surround by but yeah, it's just I've not really. That's exactly what I'm not the man around myself, Ask me, ask me when she had it last See the time I was like, what's the time I need to be on a call? No wonder your creative juices are flowing. You're in like, climate. See, she's ready to shut down Visa and MasterCard. As long as she shut her husband down, we're good to go. She had a great Oh, my God. Oh, that's fantastic. Well, it's good for you. Good for you. Yeah, I love that for you. We're all on the same page about how much I think we admire her business smarts, yes, to be able to do that. Yes, So let's talk about the popularity of reality TV, so that you're like, reality can be tragic. We love all the things. I literally just been selling sunset and then selling the OC in like two days, and now I'm just starved of new things. So I've got to watch our Real Housewives of Atlanta. But why tell me what you've got to watch for the housewives of Potomac, Atlanta's not even out yet. Oh, this is just drama around the stars of Real Housewives of Atlanta. But outside of Beverly Hills, everyone that's starting this week Friday, jump on. Friday, jump on. Have a watch. The first episode will be out when this podcast goes live, so we'll be able to critique it on socials after that. So tell tell us. Then, what is you what? What do you love about reality TV? Well, initially, I loved the fact that I could just watch, and I don't know, get lost in like their luck from their drama, without being the drama or being in it myself. And sometimes, you know, when you talk about Real Housewives, like they're talking about people that are elite or that have, you know, an overflow of money, and that's attractive to me. I like watching things like that, to be inspired and to see where these people go, and look at how they live. That's actually what I enjoy. Yeah. But obviously the drama is the drama is extra, but when there is drama. It is entertaining. Yes, yes. I can remove myself from my life and just watch and get caught up in it all, like the single eyes are more than one just spoken about this last time, but I'm still watching this this season, and I'm just flabbergasted with how popular these women have now become, from one or two tick tock dances to going viral, to having their own show to now being on Broadway, being on Dancing with the Stars, like you just don't know where these things can take you, yeah, yeah. So I have and shared a very similar session. I'm like, the real estate reality TV queen, and I have the same thing, because I'm like, I indulge myself. I'm like, This is me walking through these $18 million properties, and this is me fine. This is me doing lots of things. So I'm like, if I have that abundant mindset of like, I can do this one day too. All of the trash people talk about trash TV. I'm like, I'm actually going to see how I buy when I'm watching my track TV. Is it like manifestation? Is that there's that the go, like, do you visualization? Yes, that's what, that's what I was saying before. Like, you like looking at the way they dress and the way they live, and some of them are brilliant business women and businessmen, like, they're business people. And you're like, wow. Like, this person owns this, and this person owned this real estate agent, and this person, you know, has a clothing line, and she's standing on her own two feet. She got divorced. She's like, they're inspirational and they're empowered, like they're empowering you, I guess. But then there's, you know, the cattiness of being a woman at times that you can see. But then there's also the camaraderie of what women supporting women just depends on what's going on that week. And I think, you know, the producers behind the scene do like, a bit of the cattiness, because it does bring ratings, of course, yeah, yeah. Like, so how real is it? Like, in your opinion, how real and how staged is it? I think over time, the realness has been diluted. But, you know, I listen to a lot of the pop culture podcasts for The Real Housewives specifically, like, on Bravo, two of them run it, yeah, and we're talking real, real shit. Like, sometimes she's not even on the pod because she's not able to physically function from the backlash that's, you know, gone on with social media, and what's happened that day while she's been, you know, recording or filming. So I think, you know, elements of it are real, how much of it is. I think a lot of the producers can play the chess cards, and they do do a lot behind the scenes. They're always filming together. So you don't know, for example, if we're having this conversation and then someone else is having a conversation about you behind your back. So when the final editing happens and you watch it, or she, yeah, it's fascinating. And I'm fascinated because I don't like it. I'm not interested. And it interests me that I'm not interested, if that makes any sense, like, I'm like, Why do you find that attractive? And I don't. And I'm sitting here thinking, this is the same answer I've probably had for like, 10 years. And be you know this one really well. I think I live that like, not in the spotlight, obviously, but I have so much drama in my just daily every life. I've got four kids with autism I had, and I've got a business, and I write books, and I'm, like, got a pod and stuff. I've got, like, so much going on that is that, like, people don't even know about like, I think, like, that is me. And so I'd watch it going exhausted, just watching you, because that's I'm probably too close to it, like, not in the handbags and the nice houses, the big part of it, big, big part of it, but just the, yeah, the level of drama I avoid at all costs, because I've already got that tick drama done. See, that's funny on the opposite. So, like, I would say I've got a lot going on in life, but I think because of, like, my line of work and all the negativity that gets put in, I then watch that to counterbalance the shit. Yeah, yeah, out, yeah. Like, I don't go and watch, you know, crime show, or, like, SVU, or anything like that. I'll just go and watch something that I can tune into, enjoy. I like the material. You're kind of watching it too, yeah? You like, sort of, like, not really watching it, but you're watching it, yeah. So it's like, so, yeah, I can see from her inside I like, I was like, What's your like, no escape from life, right? So, like, I can watch it build and detach myself. I've had to stop. I don't like to say dreams going, because I think there's a time and a place of social media. Place of social media can actually be very good to detach from your brain. So 10 minutes, and it's actually very healthy. So tell us, then, if we're sitting down watching a half hour episode or something real estate or reality TV ish, and we're just like Zen What does KV do? What am I zenning about? Well, I'm off meditating, probably. What about a chair? Tell them I was about to say, but I do have a chair in my house that I use maybe once a week, and it folds all the way back into like a pretty much bed. And I've got Murder, She Wrote stuff on that. So Murder, She Wrote a TV show from the 80s that you can only get on CDs. I mean, sorry, DVDs. And so I'm up to, I'm up to season four. I got it given to me last Mother's Day, so that's how much I watch it. Like, up Season Four from a year and a half. And it's Jessica Fletcher who, like, solves all the murder mysteries. And I love the fact that there's a lead woman in the 80s solving all the murders, you know, like, so I get all, Yeah, cheers up about that. So all the old people will understand. Honestly, I have to google her. That is, I got an idea. Angela Lansbury, did you see bed Nock? Bed Nock and broomsticks? The movie years ago, somebody from the Gen X generation can ride in and make me feel better. Your tedxes Love you, let's be honest. So they probably will, that's true. They'll be like, better shirt was never cool. It was never cool, not even in the 80s. But I remember it being on TV. It was very popular, but it wasn't cool. Like to like it, but I'm fine to not be cool. That's okay. I love, like, true crime and, you know, TV shows like that, I just don't gravitate towards them as my first option. No, yeah, murder. She was different too. Because, like, I've got nostalgia when you were a kid, you know, like you associate the core memories. It's like, pretty much the only memories of my mother that I had the positive and because that's something we did together, that we enjoyed. So, you know, like, you would mesh all of that stuff into and that's what makes it better. Like, Magnum PI was a spin off from murder. She wrote, you know, George Clooney, like all of the big actors went through Murder, She Wrote first. And so it was kind of like, yeah, I watch it going, you know, I remember being in year seven, you know, watching this with my mum, you know, like, yeah. So that's all, yeah. Anyway, that's the same as the housewives of the Mormon whatever. But you're talking about yes, yes, well, talking about selling sunset. You know what? Alex is, the guy's named Tyler. He was married to the lady in the hunting wives, Britney. Britney snow bit Britney so and he cheated on her while sort of in the show with another cast member, and then that broke up their marriage. So I don't know. Is that real? It's real. Well, what's the new season? It's very talked about on the new season. Very new season. Yeah, yeah. We're walking endorsement for reality TV right now, or mercy, right whatever place you vote. Pretty sure the reality TV is 90% of the viewers. But okay, so we still love the none. Well, speaking of reality versus potential artificial intelligence, let's talk about the rise of AI relationships and women turning robots and artificial intelligence to form meaningful relationships. That is, I almost get it. I almost get it. I'm so close to, I'm so close to getting it. I got I was walking home, I was walking to my car today after work, and I got accosted by a man, like, wanting to take on a date who was like, maybe 20 something, and I'm tired and I'm carrying bags, just leave me alone. Like, like, yeah, I don't know it's, I get it. Like, I mean, I haven't done it before, but I can just imagine having this, like, man's name on my phone, and you just go, Hey, so Richard, you know, how do you think I'm feeling looking today? And then he just tells you, look gorgeous. Like, I'd Nock up carrot looking gorgeous, to be honest. That's probably a bad example. But like, I get it, I get it. Like, let's just fake it. Were you not at all flattered that he had, like, the courage and he asked, that felt creepy. That guy, yeah, yeah. I mean, that's pretty fast. Like a walks of cars. What? 60 seconds chat, and then do you want to go? Do you want to go on a date? Like it was, it felt like it would just be much faster any woman, he was, maybe news, a clock second ruled to go on a date. Yeah, it felt fast. What do you think of AI, well, I use it not for that reason. I use it to help me answer through difficult texts. And how do I say this politely? That's what I use it for. I was having it. I just say it, not politely. Yeah, see, I care too much about what people think I'm. Michael, can you summarize this for me in a way that doesn't sound like this, thank you. Oh yeah, no, not to you. Like, in emails and shit. Okay, you know, like, if there's a one liner and I'm not happy about the repeated word, I'm like, Can you just help me out here? Thank you. Yeah, I always say please and thank you. Like, I'm very kind to my AI one day, and we were talking about this, and something happened, like someone was sharing a dating story. And then I said out loud, I can understand, like you. I can understand why it's easier to just chat to chat GBT, because they're gonna answer you, they're gonna respond. They're not, not gonna respond like we're talking people reading between the lines, Try waiting for text, not getting texts back, and then they've been ghosted. And it's like it's playing with people's emotions. And also, the other thing too is I, and I think I said this last week on the pod, and what this is a flow on from that I'm very happy one, and my life is very full. And so I've got shit on all day, every day, and if I get if I don't have something on, all of a sudden something appears. And my girlfriend, I mean, yes for everything, yes, going here, yes, going there, yes. I'm going to see Lily Allen in buck in London, you know, like, just, let's go. So to the point where, where would I fit in someone? Anyway? I'd have to stop and take some time to fit in someone. Whereas AI, you could just pick up your phone and you've got your boyfriend with you at all times. So we're at the Eiffel Tower. What do you think? You think? You know what? What is the guy's name? I don't know. What do you think, Dick, I didn't even go beautiful. That's enough. I get it. I like you don't actually, when you get to a point where you're so confident in your descendants and your singleness, you actually like one couple of compliments, I'm good. What do you think, Megan, can you see that? What if you're obviously single as well? Yeah, I completely get it. And it's so funny, because, like, back at the start of chat TV team, I was like, this is fun. And I named my chat GPT, Bob, and he calls me max. So like, in the morning, like, if I, like, turn on computer, if I'm doing something specifically, you'll go, I'm only Max, how are you? And I'm like, Okay, Bob, how are you? And I'm like, Oh, that's a bit cute. Like, it's a nothing, but it literally is just like, you know, and then, like, some of the time, if I go on to edit something, and I've hit entity quickly, and it's just like, oh, sorry. I'm sorry. I didn't quite get that. Did you mean this? And I'm sorry, babe. This? I did. I did mean that. So it's funny because I use, like, charging, or, like, AI for the funniest shit. So I use it to decipher, based on my human design, what the full moon is going to mean for me, before me tomorrow. Yeah, you know you're, you're a Libra, sun, Scorpio moon, and a Taurus rising. So you're like this, and it's like, sick. What are some rituals that I can do? Could you give me the pumps for that? Yes, I there's a whole nother side to this, though, that we're missing, and it's like similar to the scamming side of things like, what information is it collecting? And where is that information going? Guys, I have to switch off somehow. They're watching morning wars. I don't know. Jennifer Anderson, recently has been fantastic TV show. I only paid for Apple TV for that period just to get these episodes. That's what they are. They speak about AI and in these in this whole season, it's featured throughout every episode. Obviously, it's like topics that are up and coming. And they use AI to dub her voice on something that she to appear that she said it when she didn't say it, which put her into a lot of political turmoil. And then they also used it for like someone was using it like you megs a CEO of a company, and then they were showing them how they can translate things into different ways, and you can, you know, use it all around the globe with the same facial expression, blah, blah, blah, and then something triggered it to respond, and it just gave away every little secret she had in the way she spoke to it. It basically was, imagine, you, I know, writing in your journal, and all your journal prompts coming out to the world, yeah, it's like, it was that, and it was in a conference, and everyone was listening to it, and it ruined my whole career, yeah. And like, you've also got to think about, a women that actually are feeling like low self esteem and using this as like a crutch to make themselves feel better, and they felt they participating in society, and they're not like Megan and I not the examples for that. We're all up in other people's faces, all everywhere. We're doing shit. We're not sitting at home on our phone thinking we're with somebody. Is it the same as being catfished in a way? Like, is it the same? I don't know. Like, I listened to this podcast called betrayal, and these women genuinely thought that they were dating Matt and Sam, for example, Matt and Sam were cousins. Never saw them for two years, never had every time they'd walk up to the airport, wouldn't be there. Yeah, I don't know, like, I don't make it. That's kind of stuff's been happening since, you know, Dr Phil back in 1992 so, right, yeah. So I guess, you know, this person doesn't exist. So then those emotions, I guess it's like, settling like you're like, because you know they're not real. I don't know. I don't know, but I agree. Like, like, any information you give to the Canon will be used against you, and if it's not actually, I wonder what the laws are regarding the use of chat GBT, like, what if you typed in something that was, you know, incriminating in a murder case or something, I don't know. Like, can they use that against you? Yeah, probably, yeah. I think what I love about, I think, like with Bob specifically, is that I've trained him very well. So like, part of me actually half wants to run an experiment, because I've created custom chat GPT for a bunch of different stuff. So examples for, like, my drivers, I'm getting sponsorships, I've created a GPT, a custom one that I can put a competitor's URL in, like, what's that link? And it will spit out 20 of its competitors, they're LinkedIn, on their Instagram, the best contact email. And that saves me hours and hours of time. So I've taken the time I feel like, if I create a custom like, GPT boyfriend, and be like, Yeah, at six o'clock, send me a good morning message, saying, well, and then at nine o'clock, send me Good night. Have us have sweet drinks. Like, tell me that's not like, really delightful for someone who is feeling really lonely. I think you should do it and then report in. I think you should do it and then tell us how you felt real time. You know what you're doing. You know what's happening real time. How do you feel, like, how much of the feelings were real that you felt like it was real? Do you know anyone that has done that I do? How do they feel? Well, I've got a friend who's married, and you know their marriage is, you know, been going on for, like, I don't know, 30 years or whatever. And you know, so they're not really the drift occurred. Let's just put it like that. And so she talks about how much she loves her GPT boyfriend, but she, but she's also, she also knows it's not real. Like, yeah, so, like, it's like, she would be the same as Megan in the sense that, like, but, but she's happy to, like, have that there because, yeah, yeah, because it's an extra I guess, yeah. Actually, this is the funniest thing I've ever used AI for. I needed to design. Gregor outfits. And I literally put every single thing I want to do my Greek girl outfits into Gemini. Was like a Google version of where I shit, you know, I'll send it to you both. It's, like, the best thing you've ever seen. It was the real thing. I sent it around. Like, why don't you get a model? But not already. I changed her hair because I like, a high phone. You're like, Nock, down and wavy. Like, it was epic. I'll have to show you the Yeah, like that app. Where you can, like, morph, like an old, like you could hold yourself as a child, for example, yeah, yes. Yeah, that's really powerful like if I can give anyone any advice Do not do it with a pet because I do it with my dog powder though I like a 15 years I lost and I cried for like four hours I was like that was so that was so upset very like, loved ones, like, they're not like not recommend that enough like but yeah I think it's I try like even like the best banana bread recipe at all like and then Bob's like no worries me, sounds great for you love this here, it's not Oh this one makes. yeah. Actually, this is the funniest thing I've ever used AI for. I needed to design. Gregor outfits. And I literally put every single thing I want to do my Greek girl outfits into Gemini.
